Elite Energy Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dates

  • 1 cup buckwheat

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used vanilla)

  • 3 tbsp nut butter

  • Half cup desiccated coconut

  • Dash of water

Method:

  • Blend the dates well in a food processor

  • Add the remaining ingredients, and mix well

  • Roll into balls

  • Allow to set in the fridge for 45-60 mins
